About

My design philosophy focuses on balancing business objectives with the needs of users, finding the sweet spot where user engagement drives adoption, retention and conversion.

From testing component interactions to refining user journeys, I use data and experimentation to guide decisions and ensure the product functions as anticipated, contributes positively to the user experience and delivers on its promise. I work closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts, product marketers and customer service representatives to formulate and test hypothesis and develop world-class products that are polished, well-engineered and resonate with both stakeholders and customers.

Most recently, I held the position of Head of Design at ROLLER, a Melbourne-based SaaS company, where I played a key role in the organization’s growth. Joining a team of 12 in 2017, I spearheaded the transformation of the user experience, paving the way for the company’s expansion to over 100 employees worldwide, processing $3 billion in transactions annually. A recent $50 million investment is further testament to the value I contributed.
